Atlanta’s Dogwood Festival brings attendees both local and tourist to experience three days of fun, filled with art and entertainment. This year’s event is the 70th and promises to be a fantastic treat for you and your kids.
More than 200 artists come from across the country to display and sell their wares. Oohh and Aahh are heard over sculptures, paintings, pottery, photographs and other works of art. You’ll find live music stages scattered throughout the venue as well, with a myriad of musicians from all over the place. Mix it up with jazz, bluegrass, rock, soul and country.
The springtime air offers the perfect excuse to put away your cares and wander around outside for awhile. The Dogwood Festival has become known for its diverse offerings, giving you a chance to show the kids it’s an exciting world out there, filled with good surprises if only you look.
