The city’s only Imax theater brings the world to its larger-than-life screen. Fernbank’s Imax screen is five stories high and 72 feet wide. All 315 seats provide a good view of the colossal screen, but for optimal viewing, chose the seats from the midsection to the top of the seating area. For an added twist, enjoy that trademark flight--the sudden swooping over the crest of a mountain and down into a valley--with adult beverage in hand at the Friday night Martinis and IMAX showings.
