A local's favorite, this authentic Mexican restaurant conquered the hearts of their customers by the food quality and service. Although lines are long, the staff does a great job at serving in a timely manner. This is a perfect spot to kick back with a basket of warm chips with three salsas and chunky guacamole.
House specialties are fish tacos, the Memphis pork barbecue tacos, and enchiladas with a red sauce that is out of this world. Try the fried chicken tacos with jalapeño mayonnaise, Memphis barbecue tacos, turnip greens with chile de arbol (the hottest one available) and shrimp, as well as corn chowder.
The latest ones are not the real mc coy, but they will tickle you palate and make you beg for more. |
