Their store is set up in such a way that you see every step of the process that makes your hamburger and fries what they are. From the meat storage area, to the grinding process, to the grilling, and right up to the moment the server puts it in front of you. Customers spice up the meat at a condiment bar that offers lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a variety of sauces.
